Return Policy

Your happiness is our top priority, if you have any questions or concerns about a product or the ordering process, feel free to contact us by phone or email before placing your order.

Any amendments or cancellations to an order can be made within one business day after the gown/accessory has been ordered.

We accept online merchandise returns via email only; online merchandise cannot be returned to our store. Items purchased in store are liable to separate terms and agreements separate from the online store. All Special Orders, indicated on the product page and order form are non-refundable.

If for any reason you need to return your gown/accessory, Bella Mia Bridal must be advised within 5 days of delivery that an item is being returned and why. The gown must be in its original condition with its tags still in place and in its original packaging. There will be a 50% restocking fee deducted from the refund price and all shipping charges will be incurred by the customer. The refund will only be issued once the gown/accessory has arrived back to the company and it has been fully inspected.

All gowns/accessories received must meet these standards to qualify for a refund:

-must be in a new, unworn, and unwashed condition

-must not contain:

-pet hair, dust, dirt

-any types of stains such as makeup, food, or deodorant

-rips, runs,  tears or damages

-odors infused into the dress such as perfume, deodorant or foreign scents

All the gowns and accessories are inspected prior to leaving the warehouse and securely packaged to ensure no damage will occur during the shipping process.
